Rainbow Time

A joyful journey into a new life!

Rainbow Time is about the conscious decision to radically change one’s life.
Sometimes, making important decisions requires a certain dose of courage and the steadfast will to believe in one’s values and desires, with trust and positivity, moving forward no matter what, never looking back.
The rainbow is a symbolic choice: it represents that even moments not perceived as positive can, at times, lead to very positive outcomes.
The rainbow, in the song, also symbolizes celebrating life and oneself—an uplifting moment of recognizing your own path and progress, even after challenges.

Behind the Music Video

I’ve been to Ireland nearly 15 times, and with each trip I feel it becoming more a part of me—I love the cliffs, the music, the people. We shot this video—our very first one—in Donegal, a place I deeply love.

“Rainbow Time” is about the courage to radically change your life, just as I did when I chose to fully dedicate myself to music.

Some behind the scenes:

The dog you see in the video wasn’t planned—it simply came up to us while we were filming and ended up making everything even more special.

The guitar was kindly lent to us by Claudio and Laura from the Dream Lodge Maghery B&B —thank you again! It took us a while to get all the sand out before returning it!

The seaweed-on-my-head scene… well, that definitely wasn’t planned. It was a spontaneous idea: I first set up the camera and framed the shot, then improvised the scene—and it was a good craic! (as they would say in Ireland!)

And in the final scene, while we were filming the notebook with the song lyrics, the wind unexpectedly turned the page, giving us what felt like the perfect ending to the video.

If the song finds you at the right moment, I’d love to hear about it — you can always reply to a Letter from Paola’s World.
